Deeper Roots Consulting is a Southern California-based housing consulting firm dedicated to helping municipalities and public agencies design, administer, and strengthen housing programs that keep households stable and communities resilient.
Our work is grounded in over five years of direct public sector experience administering federally and state-funded housing programs across Southern California — including HUD CDBG programs, emergency rental assistance, first-time homebuyer programs, housing rehabilitation loans, and affordable housing preservation initiatives.
